Leisure developer Landco successfully completed the 1st Tribeca Football Festival, which it organized in partnership with Chelsea FC Soccer School Philippines, the school operated by famed Philippine National Football Team superstars Phil Younghusband and James Younghusband, and joint venture partner, ATR KimEng Land, Inc.
The 1st Tribeca Football Festival was held last April 21st at the 7-Aside Football Field of the Tribeca Private Residences. It featured some 500 football enthusiasts, including 24 children
