This Black Saturday, April 19, 2025, the band MONDO is set to launch their new single and music video “Isang Libong Araw” at the iconic saGuijo Cafe + Bar Events in Makati.
Originally written in 2009 by frontman Mondo Castro following the passing of the legendary Francis Magalona, “Isang Libong Araw” is a heartfelt tribute—an emotional reflection on legacy and the enduring power of love for one’s country and the armed forces that protect it. Now, years later, the band brings it to life with a full studio release and music video premiere.
Joining the celebration are some of the scene’s finest acts: The Republicats, Waldas, The SuB, Eazyhead, and RISE HIGH—promising a night of unforgettable live music.
