Discovery Moment: Petals and Palates Part 2 invites guests to indulge in an exquisite culinary journey that highlights the harmony of flavor and florals through thoughtfully crafted dishes:
- Mini Salad Bouquets – A fresh and colorful arrangement of greens and vegetables served as charming mini bouquets, showcasing the beauty of natural, garden-picked goodness.
- Chawan Mushi with Tako and Edible Blooms – A delicate Japanese egg custard elevated with tender octopus, mushrooms, and a flourish of edible flowers for an elegant twist on a classic dish.
- Pearls and Petals Mini Chirashi – A jewel box of ocean flavors featuring fresh tuna, salmon, kani, shrimp, unagi, and tamago layered on seasoned rice, garnished with floral accents.
