This bold chapter officially took flight during Santé Salvo Week 2026 — a four-day gathering held from February 5 to 8, bringing together thousands from the growing Santé community to celebrate excellence, strengthen partnerships, and define the future of health, wellness, and entrepreneurship in the Philippines.
Anchored on the theme “Future Forward,” Salvo Week underscored Santé’s long-term vision of growth driven by innovation, resilience, and sustainability.
It marked a pivotal shift for the brand, unveiling system-wide developments that redefine how the Santé community builds success — smarter, faster, and more connected than ever.
“This isn’t just about upgrading systems or launching new plans,” says Santé President and CEO Joey Marcelo. “This is about future-proofing our community — making sure every Santé business owner is equipped, empowered, and inspired to win not just today, but for the long term.”
Salvo Week opened in grand fashion with a Gala Night at the Marriott Hotel Manila Grand Ballroom, where the spotlight shone on Santé’s top leaders, partners, and achievers.
The evening honored those whose passion and performance continue to elevate the organization, including the prestigious Santé Elite Awards, recognizing the Top 30 earners of the past year.
“The heart of Santé has always been its people,” Marcelo shares. “When we recognize excellence, we’re not just awarding results — we’re celebrating discipline, grit, and the courage to dream bigger.”
The celebration continued with the Branch Conference, spotlighting regional communities that have driven collective growth, leadership, and nationwide impact — reinforcing the idea that Santé’s momentum is built from strong local foundations.
The week culminated with the 19th Salvo National Sales Convention (NASCON) on February 8 at the World Trade Center, Manila, drawing thousands of distributors and leaders for a day of inspiration, strategic clarity, and renewed purpose.
As the first major event of Santé’s new era, NASCON introduced two major breakthroughs: Santé Next AI — a complete systems overhaul that is more powerful, more efficient, and more intuitive — transforming how distributors manage and grow their businesses; and Santé EDGE — a newly launched compensation plan designed to exponentially enhance earning potential and reward sustainable business development.
“With Santé Next AI and Santé EDGE, we are changing how success is achieved,” says Marcelo. “We listened to our community, studied the future of direct selling, and built a system that allows our distributors to move faster, earn better, and grow with confidence.”
One of the most significant announcements during Salvo Week marked a defining milestone for the brand.
After a comprehensive evaluation process, Santé International was officially welcomed as an accredited member of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP).
