In the fast-paced, high-pressure world of 2026, the word “beauty” is often buried under a mountain of fleeting digital trends and “quick-fix” promises. But for Ms. Rochelle Anne C. Pulig, Founder and CEO of ROMA Wellness & Beauty Centre, beauty isn’t something you rush. It is something you cultivate through strength, resilience, and—most importantly—service.
As ROMA celebrates its milestone 10th anniversary this year, coinciding with the 16th anniversary of Orange Magazine PH, Rochelle sits down to reflect on a journey that transformed her from a devoted mother into a visionary leader of a wellness empire.
A Vision Born of Motherhood
Every great brand has a “strong” start, and for Rochelle, that spark didn’t come from a boardroom, but from the profound shifts of motherhood. It was during this season of life that she discovered her primary love language: acts of service.
“Navigating this season of life brought countless realizations,” Rochelle shares. “The most important lesson was understanding the true value of self-care, not as an indulgence but as an essential foundation for well-being.”
This insight became the cornerstone of ROMA. It isn’t just a clinic; it is a space designed to redefine self-care as a vital source of inner strength. For the modern Filipino, Rochelle believes beauty must be synonymous with authenticity.
“True beauty is about honoring your natural features while feeling healthy, empowered, and comfortable in your own skin,” she notes.

The Ritual of the Pause
In an era where technology often dictates the pace of life, ROMA is championing a shift toward “The Science of Wellness.” While the centre utilizes cutting-edge 2026 tech—investing heavily in non-invasive regenerative skin treatments and advanced lasers—the heart of the experience remains deeply human.
At ROMA, a facial is never just a procedure; it is a “wellness ritual.” Rochelle has curated an environment where the pacing is gentle and the care is compassionate.
“We focus on non-invasive, results-driven treatments that prioritize skin health and long-term wellness, rather than quick fixes. We are investing in advanced laser technology, regenerative skin treatments and holistic wellness solutions that deliver lasting results with minimal downtime that is perfect for modern lifestyles. Today, people choose effective solutions that fit naturally into their fast-paced lifestyles,” she explains.
“Beauty treatments become moments of pause—time to reset, breathe, and reconnect with oneself.” This holistic approach ensures that when a client walks out the door, the transformation isn’t just visible on their skin, but felt in their spirit. “For me, transformation begins with understanding. You have to truly listen to your clients… without that connection, meaningful transformation simply can’t happen.”
Leading with Resilience
The path to a decade of success wasn’t without its hurdles. Like many businesses, ROMA faced its greatest test during the global pandemic. However, Rochelle’s leadership style is defined by a “people-first” philosophy that saw the brand through the storm.
“We held firmly to our commitment to our people,” Rochelle recalls. “It revealed the resilience and dedication at the heart of ROMA. We emerged stronger together.”
This internal strength translates into how she empowers her clients. By focusing on education and high-quality results rather than passing fads, ROMA gives clients the tools to face the world with genuine confidence.

A Legacy of Purpose
As ROMA enters its second decade, Rochelle is looking far beyond the horizon. Her goal is to transition the brand from a beloved beauty clinic into a permanent “wellness institution” in the Philippines—one rooted in ethics and science.
“I envision ROMA Wellness and Beauty Centre becoming a trusted wellness institution, not just a beauty clinic. In the next 10 to 16 years, I want ROMA to be remembered as a brand that elevated the standards of beauty and wellness in the Philippines: ethical, science-based, deeply personal and empowering. A place where generations come not only to look good, but to feel strong, whole and confident,” she shares.
For those looking to follow in her footsteps, her advice is as grounded as her business model: Build on purpose, not on trends.
“My strongest advice to aspiring beauty entrepreneurs is to build your brand on purpose, not on trends. Trends come and go, but a brand rooted in purpose will stand the test of time. Skills and technology can always be learned, but integrity, consistency, and genuine care for people are what truly set you apart. Always stay focused on your goals, be patient, remain resilient and never forget why you started.”
As she celebrates 10 years of ROMA, Rochelle remains fueled by the same “acts of service” that started it all. “We’re incredibly proud to be celebrating 10 years of ROMA Wellness & Beauty Centre this 2026. Over the past decade, we’ve grown, reached milestones and stayed true to our passion for beauty and wellness. What makes me happiest is that, despite all the growth and achievements, we’ve stayed grounded and focused on serving our clients with care and integrity. It’s been an amazing journey, and we’re excited for what the next chapter holds.”
A Note of Gratitude
On the occasion of this double celebration, Rochelle extends her warmest congratulations to Orange Magazine PH on their 16th Anniversary.
“It’s inspiring to see a platform that has remained relevant, credible, and passionate about storytelling through the years,” she says, acknowledging the support of Jeman Villanueva, Kister Morata, and Sharmaine Rodriguez. “Your work continues to uplift brands, entrepreneurs, and communities.”
With a decade of excellence behind her and a clear vision for the future, Rochelle Anne Pulig is proving that in the world of beauty, the strongest thing you can be is yourself.
