PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) have officially opened their newest, and first-ever co-located store at Level 1, Annex Building, Robinsons Place Tacloban, Marasbaras. This facility is now fully operational to serve customers in Tacloban City and its surrounding areas.
As a unified touchpoint for both home and mobile services, the store allows customers to complete transactions in fewer steps. The co-location model streamlines various processes, including Fiber applications, mobile service requirements, and technical inquiries.
