Celebrate the best of times at the heart of Manila with the Tap Room‘s signature drinks. Raise your glasses and enjoy the English pub-inspired bar’s nightly entertainment with any of its featured thirst-quenchers: the Kiwi Cachaca Daiquiri, the Grand Marnier Smash, the Remy Cucumber and the Chamberlain.

Kiwi Cachaca Daiquiri

A perfect harmony of Leblon cachaca, lime juice and kiwi syrup, the Kiwi Cachaca Daiquiri is fruity treat at the end of a long work day. Another refreshing concoction, the Remy Cucumber mixes the heady tones of Remy Martin VSOP with apple and lime juice. On the other hand, the Grand Marnier Smash creates a sweet and smooth mix between Grand Marnier, lemon chunks and mint leaves. Of course, who can forget the classic Chamberlain which is made with Gilbey’s Dry Gin, lime juice and lime soda. Long-time guests of the Manila Hotel will be pleased to know that the Tap Room has remained faithful to how the drink is made since it was launched in the 1930s.
