To be eligible for the redemption, customers must present a proof of purchase and two valid IDs at any of the six Lenovo Exclusive Stores located at:

Customers may also claim their freebies at the Lenovo Philippines Office located at 10th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, 11th Avenue corner Triangle Drive, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
Provincial customers must submit a copy of the sales invoice, with full name and complete address to [email protected] or fax it to (02) 558-5797. Upon receipt and validation of these documents, the premium freebie will be sent via courier to the customer’s address within three to four weeks, free of charge.
Freebies can be claimed within 60 days from the end of the promo period. Representatives can also claim the freebie, provided that they have a signed authorization letter and a copy of two valid IDs from the customer, to be presented with the valid proof of purchase.
