Outback Steakhouse is set to treat the Manila food scene with their new limited time offer dishes collectively called The Great Aussie Eats. Four new dishes each with unique and bold flavors along with fresh produce and ingredients made to please even the most discerning palate.
Themed after the Australian Outback, Outback Steakhouse embodies the spirit of Down Under with flavourful food, friendly, attentive service and its “No Rules, Just Right” mantra. Guests are encouraged to simply kick back and enjoy the variety of high quality food at affordable prices.
Start with something fresh and light with the Tomato and Mozarella Bruschetta of grilled, crusty French bread topped with oven roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and basil pesto. The hint of sweetness marries all the vibrant flavours together.
All steaks at Outback Steakhouse are dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. The uncarved beef is delivered to the restaurant in loins, and the kitchen team then expertly divides and trims them to the desired cuts and portions. As part of the new menu, the Chile Marinated Ribeye is a must-try for any meat lover, seasoned and chargrilled to perfection and topped with avocado pico de gallo. It’s also served with traditional Mexican corn on the cob, crispy tortilla strips and grilled tomato.
Seafood lovers need not to fret because the Heats of Gold Cod is a sure treat with its perfectly cooked, flaky white meat topped with artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes then finished with a light lemon sauce.
For the sweet endings a twist on a classic in the Tropical Fruit Cheesecake is hard to resist – classic New York-style cheesecake that’s generously topped with seasonal fruits and whipped cream and lime zest.
