Technology and telco experts from around the world, led by Silicon Valley icon Guy Kawasaki, will comprise the speakers at the ACC 2017, Asia’s premier tech and telco event, hosted by the country’s leading telecoms and digital services provider PLDT at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu from September 12 to 15, 2017.
Over 1,000 delegates from more than 60 countries representing over 400 companies are expected to attend this year’s ACC which will run on the business theme “Reinventing Customer Experience in the Digital Age.”
Silicon Valley venture capitalist Kawasaki, former chief evangelist of Apple and trustee of Wikimedia Foundation, will deliver the keynote speech on the “Art of Transformation” at the plenary session. He will be joined by Rick Seeto, Ciena Vice President for Asia Region Sales, who will talk about “I Just Want IT to Work,” and Richard Im, Huawei Director for Business Technology Consulting, South Pacific, who will focus on “Redefining Your Business in the Digital Era.”
Panelists in the roundtable discussion on “Designing and Starting Up a Customer Experience Transformation” will be composed of Orlando Vea, Voyager Innovations President and CEO; Marc Halbfinger, PCCW Global CEO; Ali Amiri, Etisalat Group Chief Carrier and Wholesale Officer; and Jovy Hernandez, ACCI Chairman and PLDT Enterprise Senior Vice President. Javier Vara, McKinsey & Company Expert Associate Partner and Director of Operations Excellence Program, will act as moderator.
Now on its 13th year, the ACC provides a venue for industry leaders to discuss and share the latest technologies and breakthroughs in telco, ICT, and related industries.
