F1 Hotel Manila celebrates the Chinese New Year with the traditional Lion Dance as they welcome the Year of the Earth Dog last February 16, 2018.
The event was led by the hotel’s department heads, while Cindy Brual, Hotel Director, instigated the ritual. Red lanterns and envelopes were all over the hotel as these deliver wealth and good fortune. Hotel guests were also invited to see the lion dance performance which took place at F All-Day Dining.
Aside from the ritual, F1 Hotel also offered an auspicious Asian themed buffet which was specifically prepared for the occasion. Engineered by executive chef Angelo Timban, the restaurant showed off its fine buffet spread for lunch or dinner, with dimsum, wok-fried chicken with Hainan sauce, and lechon Macau as some of the great delicacies.
