G Stuff will hold its next Health & Wellness Seminar by Gina Lopez, themed The Possibilities for Self Development in Meditation on June 16 (Saturday), from 9:00 am to 12:00 nn at the 21st floor of 8 Rockwell Building, Rockwell Road, Makati City.
Meditation has always been one of the most effective ways of perishing our personal demons. Lopez supports the premise that the human body’s mind and spirit can make its own healing and fight off negative “entities” that can weaken us and halt our development.
“The essence of life is profoundly spiritual,” says Lopez. “It is the base, it is the fuel — and it is the end. There are many ways to get there. One chooses the path, which is resonant with one’s psyche. I have been meditating for over 46 years and have tried many meditation practices — from Zen to Christian meditation, to Seat of the Soul of Gary Zukav, etc. But the school of meditation, which has affected me the most, is the Clairvision School of Meditation.” Frank Quillas, Head of Clairvision School of Meditation in the Philippines, will join Lopez in the seminar.
Lopez will share some of the learnings she has had after over 40 years of meditation and the “technology” which has worked for her. It will be a very casual and informative discussion on going forward in life.
She will openly share her experiences on how years of meditation “gave me so much peace and happiness that alluded me when I was young.” She will demonstrate and teach attendees her own effective way of starting a proper meditation. Likewise, the demonstration will usher encouragement to make time for a daily meditation “because our bodies’ spiritual essence is our real energy to protect ourselves from energy leeches,” says Lopez.
She will have her cook prepare recipes she likes for a taste of healthy eating, and share tips on diet, on living life — qi gong and essential oils which she loves — because they keep her healthy.
There’s a request for donation of P200 just to help cover the costs. For reservations call 0905-1508990 or (02)4161828. Please email [email protected]. Registration starts at 8am on June 16 (Saturday).
