The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship (M4) will be held in Jakarta, between 1 – 15 January 2023. There will be 16 international teams vying for the prestigious championship title and a lion’s share of USD 800,000. Indonesia’s esports landscape has grown exponentially over the last few years. The local Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL Indonesia) hit a peak-concurrent viewership of 2.8 million during Season 9 and was the first esports league to implement the franchise system in the country, with the highest local prize pool of USD 300,000.
