A combination of freshly conceived dishes and revitalized classics, Buddha-Bar Manila’s New Menu for 2015 is a feast for the palate as well as the eyes, made even more enticing by the restaurant-bar-lounge’s distinct music and luxurious ambiance.
The roster of appetizers includes the crunchy Tempura Onion Rings with just the right kick of spice; the vegan-friendly Papadam Burrito with Raita Sauce; the Buddha-Bar Manila big hit Warm Duck Wraps with Pear Compote; and Pan-fried Chicken Jiaozi With Foie Gras. Satisfy your cravings with the main entrees such as Sea Bass with Coco Nantua Sauce complimented by Forbidden Rice; perennial Pinoy favorite done the inimitable Buddha-Bar way Pan Asian Beef Salpicao; Broiled Tiger Prawns with Tomato Curry served with signature lemongrass rice; Roasted Black Cod with Eel Sauce; Grilled Wagyu Beef with Udon; and BBM bestseller Angry Chicken with Tumeric Pilaf, now served with yellow rice.
