Singapore-based British songstress, Ffion, has released her debut EP, ‘Bad Habits’, today. The 6-track EP is available for download via iTunes and is also available for streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.
To celebrate the launched of the EP, Ffion has released the lyric video for her new single “14 Grand”, available on her official YouTube page here: smarturl.it/14GrandLyricVideo.
“Recording and writing, ‘Bad Habits’, for me was ultimately an opportunity for me to reflect on the past. I felt a lot of my songs were based on relationships that had gone and it got me wondering if it was my fault things never worked out or if I was just innately attracted to things that were toxic. I felt it was easier to process and distance myself from these issues once it was put to words,” shared Ffion. “Working with G R O S S E & shaykhandbake on the EP was a very humbling experience, I was taught how to love music once again and write authentically and in the moment.”
Known for her chill vibes & melancholic vocals, Ffion documents her life in forms of songs, in hopes people may find a way to relate to them. The fresh faced songstress dropped her debut single, “With U”, a romantic, full-bodied R&B cut which showcased her evocative vocals. Ffionhas since released “I Miss U” and “Rumours” which were included in Spotify’s ‘Early Noise 2017’ playlist showcasing the most exciting artists in Asia this year.
