“Chasing Flavors’” first stop is Visayas—with Dumaguete and Bohol included in Chef Claude’s itinerary. With different meals infused with ingredients such as gata and creamy ube (yam), viewers will surely have their mouths watering.
For his Luzon escapade, Chef Claude goes to Laguna, Cavite, and last but not least, he comes home to Pampanga to prepare scrumptious meals specially made for Noche Buena and Christmas.
The renowned chef and owner of the esteemed Balay Dutung restaurant in Pampanga then travels to Davao to get a taste of their popular Durian, and tries out locally revered dishes with the province’s prized haul from the sea—tuna.
