Max’s Restaurant, the Filipino restaurant chain famous for its Sarap-To-The-Bones Fried Chicken introduces new cakes that give a twist to classic Pinoy favorites: the Pancit-Lumpia Cake for those who like it savory, and the new Caramel Bar™ Cheesecake or Malagos Dark Chocolate Cheesecake from its bakeshop brand Max’s Corner Bakery, for those who prefer it sweet.

The Pancit-Lumpia Cake is definitely something unique to add to the table on any Pinoy celebration, especially when it’s hard to choose which dish you want to try. This unconventional “cake” is generously layered with Pancit Canton, Lumpiang Shanghai, Lumpiang Ubod, and Breaded Fish Fillet that customers can indulge in, as well as two other variants depending on what suits your taste:

A celebration definitely wouldn’t be complete without dessert so why not include the new Caramel Bar™ Cheesecake? The famous signature bite-sized Caramel Bars™ that people can’t get enough of just got even better. The brand turned this iconic favorite into a luscious cake made with a chewy and nutty caramel bar base layered with a creamy cheesecake filling infused with caramel bar chunks, and finished with crunchy toasted caramel bar bits on top. This new sweet treat may very well soon become another crowd-favorite.

Another cake to watch out for is the Malagos Dark Chocolate Cheesecake, made from the much-awarded cacao beans from Davao. The brand previously introduced the Malagos Chocolate Mousse Cake in 2019, and now chocoholics will fall in love even more with it in its decadent cheesecake version. It has mouthwatering layers of soft and fluffy chocolate chiffon and silky-smooth chocolate cheesecake made with Malagos dark chocolate. It is also frosted with creamy chocolate buttercream and decorated with piped fudge icing and cacao nibs on top. That is surely hard to resist.

It’s always nice to celebrate to the max with these new and distinctive cakes from Max’s Restaurant. The Pancit-Lumpia Cake starts at Php 1,299.00, while the Caramel Bar™ Cheesecake and Malagos Dark Chocolate Cheesecake start at Php 399.00 each. The Pancit-Lumpia Cake is now available in all stores of Max’s Restaurant, while the new cakes from Max’s Corner Bakery are available in all Luzon stores with the exception of Naga and Palawan. Customers may also order via delivery.maxschicken.com.
