Binibining Pilipinas-Universe’s Shamcey Supsup is making waves in the Miss Universe 2011 after our Philippines bet topped various independent polls online. Shamcey Supsup will be having a friendly competition with other beautiful women from 89 countries and territories for the highly-anticipated pageant set in Credicard Hall in Sau Paolo, Brazil this coming September 12, 2011. Last year’s reigning Miss Universe is Ximena Navarrete of Mexico.
